Essential:
- Experience of maintaining high standards of Health and Safety
- Experience of cleaning best practices with demonstrable capability and application of knowledge
- A basic level of IT literacy including maintenance software e.g. PEMAC
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience of internal and external high level cleaning
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or other recognized qualification)
- COSHH awareness
- IPAF qualification
